The concession boundaries were modified in the direction of "bigger area, more buoys, greater income", it's the same story as in Uvala Stupica (see my
blog post about Uvala Stupica). The image below shows Uvala Tratinska, with the old areas (until 2021) in black overlayed with the new areas (from 2022) in red:
