New Anchorage on Vis & some updates

There is a new Anchorage on island Vis:

• Vis - Stoncica

The owner of the Konoba Stoncica told me that currently the buoys can be used for free, but it is planned to collect a fee next year...

The buoys on island Ist - Siroka are available again, so my post from june regarding this information is out-dated. The buoys on island Molat - Zapuntel have been removed (informations due to readers input, Thank you!).

The MPPI has updated the Concession List, but without relevant modifications.
