Additional Information from MMPI added to Map

The croatian Ministry has begun to provide additional information for some Anchorages, see here. I integrated this information in my Map, added a third colour and split the colours in the Map according to this:

• Red ... offical Anchorages according to Concession List and additional Ministry infos
• Orange ... offical Anchorages according to Concession List from Ministry 
• Yellow ... inofficial Anchorages according to readers of this Site

All red Anchorages now have a direct link to this additional information in the pop-up window of the Anchorage.
